Second: roasted squash salad- MN apples, radicchio, ricotta salata, cider
Third: saffron mezzaluna- smoked whitefish, skordalia, pinenut, red wine agrodolce, parsley
Fourth: pork schnitzel- grilled green cabbage, aioli
Sides: german butterball potatoes-anchovy and pecorino sabayon & carrots- goat’s yogurt, chili, granola
Fifth: caramelized carrot cake- frommage blanc, pumpkin seed
